With the development of characterization preparation technology many world-famous scientists are committed to the controllable synthesis of composite nanostructures to obtain better performance. So far researchers have developed many methods to prepare plasmon nanocrystalline composite structures including template induced growth self-assembly one pot growth microfluidic technology seed mediated growth. It is considered to be a very effective method for the preparation of spatiotemporal heterostructures. On the one h the prepared nanocrystals are added to the growth solution containing foreign atoms as "seeds" or foreign atoms are added to the growth solution containing "seeds". Nanocrystalline seeds provide the crystal surface for heterogeneous nucleation growth of foreign atoms. On the other h in the secondary growth process the growth mode of foreign atoms can be controlled by controlling the kinetic thermodynamic parameters which can effectively avoid the self nucleation self growth of foreign atoms so as to accurately prepare heterojunction nanostructures.
